Terms & conditions of sale
1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of website creation services by BZH 3D (Brittany, France) — contact: contact@bzh3d.fr.
2. Services and prices
Four plans: 2D Classic (€390), 3D (€625), Ultra Signature 3D (€950), E-commerce (€1,500). Prices shown excluding VAT; 20% VAT is added at checkout. One-time payment by card via Stripe (secure payment). No banking data passes through our site.
3. Process
After ordering: contact within 24 business hours, requirements gathering, mockup submitted for approval, development, go-live. Indicative timelines (5 to 14 days depending on the plan) start once the client's content is received.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under French consumer law (art. L221-28), the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once work has begun with the client's agreement. Before any work starts, you may cancel and be fully refunded with a simple email.
5. Revisions and delivery
Each plan includes two rounds of mockup revisions. Delivery means putting the site online. Hosting and the domain name are subject to the conditions of the chosen plan.
6. Ownership
After full payment, the client owns their site (content, design). BZH 3D retains the right to reference the project as a portfolio item, unless the client objects.
7. Liability & disputes
BZH 3D is bound by an obligation of means. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, consumer mediation then the competent courts of Quimper. French law applies.
